You have multiple user names on eBay. Can I combine from both into 1 shipment?

We have multiple user names on eBay. We use eBays rules for combining items which are as follows.
The seller in the sale must be the same user name as the seller in all other sales in the same order.
The buyer in the sale must be the same user as the buyer in all other sales in the same order.
The sales cannot be combined if the item(s) has been paid for already.
