We have multiple user names on eBay. We use eBays rules for combining items which are as follows.
The seller in the sale must be the same user name as the seller in all other sales in the same order. The buyer in the sale must be the same user as the buyer in all other sales in the same order. The sales cannot be combined if the item(s) has been paid for already. |

To keep with Paypal and the Credit Card issuers guidelines, we must have online tracking available on the package. The only way to do this, that is cost effective to our customers, is with USPS Express mail International. Insurance is included with all orders. We've been asked, why not use UPS or FEDEX for international shipments? The reason is you would be charged a brokerage fee (usually around $20-$25..) on top of the cost of the shipment.
We realize it is not cheap to ship internationally and will combine as many items as you wish over a 7 day period for you. Please also keep in mind any duty you may be responsible for on your purchase. |

It can take up to 24 hours from the time the auction ends to show up on your MyeBay page for checkout. The items do not automatically combine and we combine them in the first thing everyday (7) days a week. Please only email us if it's been longer than 24 hours since your auction has ended.

Go to our ebay store, on the left side ,there is a sizing link. Simply choose the amount up or down from the base size you need. If you have multiple rings always send a follow up email, letting us know which ring you want sized. Please allow 3-5 extra business days for sizing.

Snap-tites are fairly easy to set, but there are a couple of things to take into consideration when choosing a snap-tite. (1) Your stone cannot be soft(fluorite, apatite, tanzanite, etc) (2) The girdle of the stone cannot be thick and the stone must be properly proportioned. I would start with Cubic Zirconia, or any Lab Created stones to learn. I find it easier to set by hold the setting upright and pressing a portion of the stone in the setting and the press the remainder of the stone in with my setting pliers(which have masking tape on them to protect the stone). to me this works best with all shapes. Emerald (octagon) will require more time to get the stone square in the setting. Trillion snap-tites to me are a pain in the *** and I always destroy a few during setting. I recommend having us set your trillions, though at the time we set them for you, I may feel different. As with anything, you may find something that works better for you. Practice, Practice and Practice. Snap-tites are a fused setting. The fusion is strong, but bending a post back and forth many times weakens the fusion and will cause the fusion to break. Yes we fuse our own snap-tites.

We are asked often, how hard is it to set a gemstone into a pre-notched setting? The answer is it depends. (1) on your dexterity. (2) How well proportioned your stone, size and shape. (3) Your willingness to take your time and yes, even destroy a few settings while learning. Setting can be done with a good pair of Needle nose pliers.(by good pair I mean ones that open and close freely). I would recommend starting with oval or round shape sterling pendants to learn. It may be necessary to open the prongs slightly to fit the stone in. The instructions below are for oval shape stones, but it is the same principle for all shapes. Place your stone into the setting, and look at it, from the side to make sure that it is level to the base of the setting. Once you have it level, gently press a corner prong up to the stone. Move to the diagonally opposite prong, and do the same thing. Continue to tighten the prongs. Once this is done, it is time to gently press the prong onto the top of the stones table facets. Caution Don't tighten it too tight at first, but work opposite prongs until the stone does not move in the setting. Check that the stone is level and your finished, except for final polishing. Take your time and don't press too hard. Best to start with Cubic Zirconia 8.5 on moh's scale or lab ruby or sapphire. 9 on moh's scale. and sterling silver pendants. Emerald (octagon) shapes are the most difficult to set, as not many of them are cut exactly square, so you have to compensate for this to give it the look of being square in the setting. This takes practice. Hope this helps, we will have a video soon.
